Happy Easter, everyone!
We’re off to see the Pandas!
The Travelling Monkeys are heading to Edinburgh, Scotland, on the train to see the pandas at the Zoo. ‘Sweetie’ and ‘Sunshine’ are currently staying at Edinburgh Zoo and it is our chance to see them up close.
Unfortunately, the orangutans that were there have moved out but there are still lots of other apes and monkeys for us to see.

Happy Valentine’s Day!
Apey Christmas!
Christmas is with us again. The Monkeys have been looking out for Santa Claus and getting involved with the decorations (and chocolate testing).
Uti’s snack for Santa and Rudolf is well-received. Christmas is Uti’s favourite time of the year and he spends all year being good for Santa.
Rudi gets a new suit to impress the ladies. He is looking forward to trying it out in the near future.
Merry Christmas and an Apey New Year to you all!
Afternoon Tea
Willy and Rudi are invited out for Afternoon Tea. They enjoy sandwiches, green tea and lots of cakes.
Orangutan Awareness Week
This week, The Travelling Monkeys are celebrating Orangutan Awareness Week.
Like many animals these days, orangutans are now an endangered species and if humans are not careful about the way they look after the planet, one day very soon there won’t be any orangutans left.
This week makes us aware of their plight and encourages us to care more and stop destroying their homes.
As our closest cousins in the animal world, there will be nothing sadder than to never again share our world with these great apes. Join them at www.orangutan-appeal.org.uk
Halloween
Another Halloween comes around. Everyone celebrates in character. Scary cake and candy apples for all. Hotdogs for Bonfire Night.
Uti Balloony
Uti loves his balloons.
Success!
We found her!
We didn’t think it was possible after all this time but we did it. Reunited with Tumba, Tumbalina is safe. A modern day love story with a happy ending.
Emergency Monkey Rescue
We have discovered that Tumba (the gorilla we rescued a while back) has a wife in Sorrento and she needs to be rescued. We didn’t realise that she was there so it is all action stations as we head back to Sorrento to find her (and enjoy another holiday!).
Hope we’re not too late…
