The Monkey Forest

The Monkeys at Trentham were so welcoming last time that Willy decided to go back with his friends.

The food in the garden centre is out of this world.

Also, an assorted box of Krispy Crème Doughnuts – yes, please!

Check out everyone wearing their personalised travelling T-shirts and Willy & Rudi’s safari outfits.

Avast ye Monkeys!

Willy and Rudi decide to travel all the way to Hartlepool where, legend has it, a monkey was once hanged.  Thankfully, no one is quite sure so we like to think it never actually happened.  Instead, let’s enjoy spending some time with a real piece of history, HMS Trincomalee.  Built in 1817, this is one of the oldest ships still afloat in Europe.  Find more at https://www.nmrn.org.uk/our-museums/national-museum-royal-navy-hartlepool

It gives the Travelling Monkeys a chance to see what life in the navy was like almost 200 years ago when pirates sailed the seas.

Royal Wedding

It is the Royal Wedding Day. Prince William and Kate Middleton are getting married. The Travelling Monkeys throw a garden party to celebrate the auspicious occasion, dressing up and playing games.  Take a look at our ‘Feed The Monkeys’ game – we made it ourselves and it’s the monkey’s bananas!

All followed by relaxing at the Monkey Bar.

Uti – Balloony.

Congratulations William and Kate!

Monkey Bar

Sunshine in April means the Travelling Monkeys get to spend time relaxing at their very own Monkey Bar, serving up delights such as banana daiquiris and ice cream shakes.

Looking Good

Check out Willy and Rudi’s new T-shirts.  Willy is proudly advertising the site.  Rudi got a letter in the post recently addressed to a ‘Master Rudi’ and since then he has gone round telling everybody that he is ‘The Master’.  Hence, his T-shirt.
